How do we collect personal data via reservation form?
We collect from you via reservation form your name and surname, check-in and check-out date, type of accommodation and your contact data. Even though you enter your financial data necessary for the payment, financial data is collected by the business partner providing payment services via debit and credt cards on web shop, whereas the financial data is encripted and we have no access to it.
We process your personal data in order to provide the accommodation service i.e. in order to fulfill ourcontractual obligation toward you.
We process your personal data in order to fulfill our statutory obligations i.e. in order to make appropriate applications in e-Visitor system.
We process your contact data for coordination of providing the accomodation service, which represents a legitimate interest.
We usuall do not process your personal data on basis of consent.
We store your personal data as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose due to which we collected it, after which we erase it. According to statutory obligations, we keep e-Visitor data for 10 years, and we keep accounting data (i.e. invoices that might contain your personal data) for 11 years.
