Đardin Park

A park that locals never call Strossmayer’s park, as it is officially called, yet call it Đardin (Jardin), given that the word means “garden” in Italian.

Simple, yet effective. Set right above the Golden Gate, the park was made the main city garden in the late 19th century, and the current look is a result of renovations done in 2002. This park is home to different food and music festivals in the summer season and some years cooked wine and winter delicacies in the time of advent.
